I used to be able to find all my boosters and friends under the avatar but nothing happens now when pushing/pressing/clicking the avatar. Is this correct?
OK, it worked on the tablet. Now when trying on the phone it works as well! Must be some kind of glitch ...
And I refuse Facebook so that was not in the equation.
But apparently, problem solved!
I use Android phone. I have to see how it looks at my Android tablet.
For me it is not a blank page, for me nothing happens when I try to press the avatar, it just "shudders" and then nothing.
I am logged in on my account, I have contact with the account, I have restarted the phone. No change.
I'll be back regarding the tablet, though.

This is a known issue, dating as far back as Sept 2021. Here are just a few reports:

There are others but I wanted demonstrate how old this issue is, yet there doesn't seem to be any explanation, nor solution.
Going to tag @QueenB here, because a statement is well overdue. Not a single player has been given a working solution so far.
@Peztis Whatever you do, do not reinstall the game (nor delete app data), because you will lose all of your boosters. Reinstalling has proven to not work anyway.
By the way, are you an iPhone user? It does look like, as @Alienscar suggests in one of the threads above, only iOS users are affected.
Do you have an iPad? Someone writes that it works OK there. If you have a computer, there are other options to play, although right now you just can't see your inventory and friends.
I'm afraid I don't have another suggestion. Maybe try another Internet connection?
You should backup the game on iCloud (or iTunes) to make sure you don't lose your inventory while troubleshooting this issue. Make sure you're logged into your account when you do the back-up.
You should probably just wait until the issue hopefully resolves itself for you in a future update.
Did it start just overnight? Has anything changed in your circumstances?
You should report the issue to Support and let us know what they tell you. If they give you a generic response at first, just reply back until you received a personalised response.

Do you play with your phone or on Facebook?
Try to do a Force Stop on your device and Clear Cache (don't clear DATA). If you have your game synced to Facebook you should check if the game’s permission is still valid.
