Hi guys,
I created this account to be able to submit this ticket.
I wanted reset my password again since I recently switched to a new phone. The last time I did that in April this year and it was no problem at all.
But now, even after several attempts I do not seem to get the password reset email.
I checked my spam folder and it is not in there either.

@Bongo123 Hi and welcome, Sorry to here your having a problem with receiving your password reset email. If you have given this 24hours to be received and still not received this i would try to contact customer support and see if they can help you with getting your password reset
If you can access your game having your game ID is useful but if not just use link below and include the email address you use for the game itself.

First please remove your email as this is public forum and you surely dont want unwanted emails. You can click the cog wheel on the right corner of your message and edit your post.
Now for your email please contact our player support directly from the game application.

Try this! Go to this link where you can request a password reset link by simply putting in your email address: https://www.king.com/forgotPassword
Alternatively, please follow these few steps to reset your password from within the game app:
1. Click the "Forgot Your Password" link at the bottom of the log-in window:
2. Enter the email address registered to your game.
3. Check your inbox and click the link in the email they will send to you (please check your Spam Folder too, and search your inbox for "King" if you can't see the email).
4. Choose a new password here.
Please note that to protect your account, the link is only available for a short period of time.
Please note that in some cases, you might receive an error message that says, "this email is not linked to a King account.”
Don't worry, this just means you have not previously registered your game via King Account – there's a solution for this.
If you are experiencing any other issue accessing your King account, please get in touch with our Player Support team HERE.
I've clicked on the password reset link uncountable times, it keeps telling me it sent the email but I'm not receiving any email, this is really heartbreaking, I'm close to level 5000 and I've been playing for a long period of time,it feels like as if they are purposely locking me out of my account because I tried all the password combinations I use but it's not working and I'm not getting the reset link, I've checked my spam messages there's nothing there too 💔

I wanted to let you know that you're not the only one having issues resetting your password as there seems to be an issue.
May I ask if you have contacted Player Support to report this issue? If yes, then you should get a update once the issue has been solved.
If you have not contacted Player Support yet, please do it HERE so they can keep you up to date when the issue has been solved.
