Where do I find my user ID?
This issue was reported Thursday (4 days ago) and the problem has not been solved. Meanwhile we are watching everyone pass us on every competition. We would really like to know that this problem is going to be fixed very soon. Please let us know what you know about the problem.

OK - this needs sorted. Getting really cross as I'm on level 4039 and have spent quite a bit of money getting here so feel aggrieved that this issue is taking so long to resolve. Please can we have some answers as to why this isn't loading correctly.
Having the same issue...seems that changes and updates that are being made to graphics and gameplay are now affecting the game overall. Please stop changing the game and just let us all have fun and enjoy it!

Same problem.Nothing fixes it.Impossible to play. On a laptop with windows 10. Also the portrait mode is awful
