    This game is no fun without the booster ads to help you through a tough level. I'm confused as to why you would remove them. I feel like I'm not the only player frustrated by this change. If it was experimental then bring it back please, it was very helpful and may help you retain players. I play much less due to the frustration of not having the extra boosters, and I m sure I'm not the only one.

    I feel the same way the ads need to be taken out but you can't even report them because they're gone so far it's so frustrating something needs to be done about it

    Hi, I didn't get any videos and advertisement in my game for extra boosters,. It helps a lot. Old start again in my game

    I have been stuck on level 6501 for weeks now because I am not prepared to pay for extra moves. This has taken the fun out of the game. I understand the company has to make money but surely this can be done from ads?

    Please bring the ads back!

    Why don't I have ads that can help with the extra level and all my friends have them and I can't compete with them equally

    Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

    This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

    So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

    Test on all of us please. Family gets them and it makes me not want to play. I get some on cc friends. It is really frustrating 😤

    Me also for months now I haven't had the video option, i've wrote to them,and to date I still don't have it. When my level fails I just lose a life and start over level. Very frustrating,because I've friends that have that option

    I'm at level 4311 with no help in the game,sometimes u just want to delete or stop playing
