I have reached put several times to seek support for not connecting to store or gold bars to purchase things. I have checked updates, confirmed email, logged in and logged out, deleted and re-download, followed all steps tech has sent and nothing has worked.
How can this be resolved?
I had the same problem for 4 days now. Finally was able to connect to store so I could update CCS. But there is still a BIG problem “unable to connect to server” can make moves, spinning wheel when spins the small circle showing not connected. Also when you finish a game an don’t win you get so many gold bars for so many wins, click on it game freezes, shut down, go back in you loose gold bars and xtra turns lost. Also again “unable to connect to server” I notified help center, guess didn’t go through due to server Down. Hope these problems will get fixed. My internet connection is fine, don’t have any problems going to other sites I have not been to.
