Do you have a screenshot of winning the Episode in first place? Did you see the pop-up of the game saying "claim the Gold Bars"?
If you do, can you please post them by tapping on the 2nd icon located in the bottom left corner of the comment box.

I would just like to make sure that you are playing Candy Crush Saga! If so, are you talking about Episode Race?
In Episode Race, we will not receive the Gold Bars until we finish the whole episode (15 levels)! Did you mean to say you passed an entire episode or just a single level?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
