No more extra moves or boosters
Ever since I purchased gold bars with actual money, I no longer get chances for extra moves, sweet cinema, or ads for extra boosters. Is this to force me to keep spending more money to win levels? If that is the case, I will have to stop playing. I cannot afford to keep buying boosters and gold bars. I have been playing for years and find this very unfair.

This issues has been reported and Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

It still doesn't explain why this only happened AFTER I purchased gold bars. It never happened before, and like I said, I've been playing for years.

How about you tried these steps (Purchase Issue/Problem) that I hope this helps. 😊
If it's still not worked, you click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you but it taken longer. 😉
And you can also still earned more free boosters (gold bars) by another in-game features/events (also contests on this community) that you can use the boosters to beat any tricky levels too. 😉

This has happened to me too and I’m about to stop playing as all the extra boosts and chances to get more with the ads has stopped it makes it impossible and boring to get anywhere

The exact thing happened to me. I am ready to delete the game and play something else. I'm at level 13539 and have been stuck for days. No ads available for free boosts. No chances to get gold bars. Frustrating.

I believe once you purchase gold bars you lose all opportunities to earn extra boosts. Looks like a scam to entice you to keep spending money. I have been stuck on same level for weeks and playing less and less each time. Soon you will lose me completely and many others going same direction. This is not a reported issue, but a tactic strategy to make us spend money in order to play. No explanations?
It’s been fun candy crash but will need to part, made it to 13918 but won’t be pressured by your unfair maneuver.

I agree . This is a scheme to get us to keep buying so they can age more money. Sad that King is taking advantage of loyal players. Time to let go after years of of commitment to them.
