I'm glad you got the refund. I guess it's easier tor refund than to fix it for everybody. Hope it's sorted now for everybody....
I still have no resolution and I was only at level 30 when it now says I finished. I missed out on ten levels of rewards and am not happy.
This Has not resolved for me, it won't let me claim some items from the pass I bought, instead it's locked it again and asking me to pay more. I bought this 2 days ago and nothing has been soryrd

The least you could do is log out, restart your device, log back in and repeat a lower level (you can just start it and quit if you don't mind losing a life) to refresh your Events tab.

Same here I am already loss 85 Aed ..Big scam in candy crush. Now I decide don't play this game
I've done this and still it's not worked! I'm not sure what else I can try, as you can see from my screenshot, I've been done out of free play and boosters, I'm not happy about it but not sure what else I can do
Find me on social media if you wanna talk about your options, as time is running out, and there's no telling how long they'll keep the event running.
What did Support tell you?
I bought a gold pass, I received my receipt but the second row did not unlock.
I purchased the Gold Pass at 6:14am CST today but the game is still showing I need to purchase it if I want the benefits.
Please correct this.
