If you didn't get what you paid for, you should request a refund ASAP. First try and log out, restart the game, log back in and repeat an older level to refresh your events. If the gold pass is still not unlocked, then go ahead and request a refund using the instructions in the link above.

I bought the season pass this morning (at the now higher price) and after 4 tiers it reset as ifI had never bought it. E mailed support and I keep getting e mails back to check with the help center. I've been playing for more than 6 years and between this and raising prices on everything, im definitely not enjoying the game as much as I used too
I was playing Candy Crush. I purchased the gold pass. I received my receipt for this purchase. However, I did not receive the gold pass. It's still locked.
