Chocolate box rewards not getting added to your game - ⛔ Reported!

I have earned the chocolate box bonus twice this week and both times I did not get my bonus rewards. I should’ve had the speckled chocolate candy for 10 minutes and a stripe and wrapped candy for 10 minutes and it never showed up same with the most recent bonus 15 minutes each. What’s going on?

What you describe is normal, but annoying behaviour for the Chocolate Box Nicolene79. The two days provided to complete the Chocolate Box is not linked to the fixed time-out that starts when you complete the third challenge. What this means is that the timer for the time-out can take you past the two day limit that you have to complete the Box. It is designed this way to punish us if we don't complete the challenges quick enough.

Hello Sunny47, what I have noticed in my game is that if you have your pre-game boosters selected when you receive a timed booster reward then the timed boosters only show up when you deselect the boosters.

The best way of knowing if you have received your timed rewards is to check your Inventory. Just click on your in-game avatar and your Inventory will appear. Timed boosters always show up immediately in your Inventory.

Why am I not receiving 2hours color bomb again, and that surprise box that brings goodies? This used to help me win levels a lot. Please fix it

Hello,

I completed the candy box and was rewarded a couple things for 20 minutes. I hit home to tend to something on fb. I returned to candy crush immediately, the rewards were gone and so was the icon for the candy box (that last issue has been happening lately). Attached is a picture from a couple days ago showing that. Is that all typical? Does leaving the page void and remove the rewards? What causes all those icons to be missing?

When playing the chocolate challenge, something is amiss. When I get to the last challenge, if it’s done the same day there is a time out of a couple of hours before completion. At the top of the screen it gives the nr of days left for the challenge. I’ve been noticing this a few times where I have enough days for completion and when I go back once the hour countdown is down the challenge is closed and I lose out on boosters and extra coins. Either the system isn’t updating properly or the time out should be removed
