Played on 2 times, just to clear board. The 3rd dragon on level 2849 NEVER drops! This is the second time this has happened to me. Spent 26 gold bars to play on. Lost my streak bonus (full level bonuses) . I'm not happy!

How will we be compensated? This just happened to me on level . I went beyond sugar stars, spent all of my gold bars, watched the ads (which got you paid, and the 4th dragon never dropped...not cool. Especially for folks who spend real money on your game. So I ask again, how will the community be compensated for this?

No last dragon on this level after 18 moves that included a 10 and 16 gold bar buy in. List my streak, candy Royale progress, etc.

Lost my win streak!!! Level 6555 NO DRAGON!!

Level 6488. Last dragon never came out from dispenser. I had 15 movements left. Spend 20 gold bars buying extra movements, each movements caused massive explosions and the dragon never showed. I lost my win streak and I was 2 levels from achieving a good prize since there were only 3 of us left to share the 500 gold bars. Game froze and restart, I lost my gold bars, my win streak and the competition. It is ridiculous what's happening lately. After 10 years playing this game I am about to just delete if this situation is not fixed. Last 2 weeks surprisingly I. Every single competition 95 players passed the first level, then 93 etc. Mostly extremely difficult level... what's the point? Make everyone keep buying and buying stuff because it cannot be a fair game?
I'm going to wait until my issues is resolved to play again. If not, game over for me. I'm done

Studio working on a fix..... No sign of a fix yet, so studio incapacitated? Or just incompetent?

I get we're getting frustrated by waiting on a fix 😩 I want to assure everyone that this is being worked but it has shown to take longer than expected and we apologize for the inconvenience.

I was playing this level, had 1 cherry to go, purchased 15 moves with gold bars for 16 bars and in the entire 15 moves, no cherries dropped. Doesn't seem right.
