Been trying all day to collect my 100 gold from candy royale.
Something is definitely wrong with the double event. Candy Royale is never on claimable status, as it's received immediately upon completion.
So, you completed 14-18 levels from the first try and got the grand prize? Do you have screenshots of the stages leading to the final stage?
If you believe you didn't get your reward, you should write to Support.

Do you have screenshots of your progress through the Candy Royale event? What about a "before" and "after" screenshot to show your gold bars?
It's somewhat possible that the Double Candy Royale event is bugged. I'll randomly tag @QueenB here, as this isn't the only thread about the same thing.
I've seen the notification but haven't got to actually play the event, so wouldn't know if there's a problem.
The regular version, however, works just fine.

The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
