It’s almost two months since this was first reported and it just happened to me on level 14224. I was on 6 of 7 for a streak which was lost. I spent 26 bars thinking the last dragon would fall. I’m using the app on an iPhone. User ID 8076065942

Actually, it's not two months. I think it's years. The issue used to be with the cherries, and it's two months or so ago that these were changed into dragons.

Same issue here, I have spend 30 goldbars to extend my moves, and no last dragon (in my case) appears! what a waste of money! Where to refund?

I've had this happen on a few levels. I am stuck on a level where this is happening right now and I'm not going to complete it until I have it confirmed that the gold bars, special candies and progress I've expended will be restored. You confirm its a known issue. You claim they are working to fix it but its a "glitch" that has happened in previous iterations of these games and has been acknowledged as a current problem for months and is not fixed yet. Apologizing for the incompetence of the programmers is not a solution when players are spending money and using earned resources in the game to try to keep their win streak. The money, the gold bars, the special candies and streak progress need to be restored to players reporting this issue. This is a faulty product and and the seller/manufacturer needs to make it right.

This is twice in the last week that this has happened.... Messing up my streaks. I spend money on this game to keep them going, just to have the game make it impossible to clear the level.... This is not right.

The issue is being investigated but what you can do for now is replay the level. Force close the Apps and Log in again . for more info Here

I spent 41 gold bars trying to finish level 3968, the last level of my Gold Rush. In the last 13+ moves the dragon egg never dropped. Lost my streak and the gold bars

Having a 900+ winning streak, a health gold bar deposit and thencthe last gummi dragon doesnt fall. No problem just buy a few more moves ... 200 gold bars later, over70 moves later...
If I cant get my streak back, there is no point in being emotionally invested in this game. In fact there is no point in playing at all.
This was level 2751
Has this happened to someone else and what can be done?
