I have been having issues with not getting boosters that I won on one of my devices but not on the other. I tried to log into my account only to realize that I had used an account that has since been deactivated because I didn't use it anymore. Of course I can't reset my password now, so I have been trying to contact support and all I ever get is an automated message telling me to "get your answers on our website!"
I created a different account so I could see if there was a way to merge my accounts or contact customer service in a different way, and there's nothing.
Has anyone had any luck getting an actual person for technical assistance? Or am I just on a wild goose chase?
