Currently there are no connectivity issues in the game, so can you show me a screenshot of what kind of problem you are facing?

The cherries are in the chocolate box, there are no games with cherries with them in so that’s a good choice 🤷♀️

I’m candy crush player on level 35++ and I don’t get any ads after purchasing that’s not fair! Should I delete my account?

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

How long do they test a feature? Is it about 2 -4 years before the testing in complete? Will certain feature ever be rolled out to all players? Sorry it just seems like no matter what the issue is it always come back to its a test. So I was just wondering. Thanks

Still hoping ads come back. I lost them after a purchase. It isn’t random since had them for 5+ years until I made a purchase. Don’t ever make a purchase!!!!!!!!! I can’t progress without ads unless I use 10+ boosters.
