⭕ Why can't I play in landscape mode anymore? Game too small!

At least now I will actually be able to NOT play or pay money on this app. Did before but hate what you have done. I sometimes played for hours. Yes I was addicted.

Hi and Welcome to the King Community
Recently a changed was made in the game to only let players play in Portrait mode (this is how the game would look like when playing on a phone). This change is also effective on Windows. Currently there’s no plans on changing this back, but please leave your feedback on the change in this discussion.

Can't agree more with all the comments above...HATE the portrait mode! Why the change?! And if that wasn't bad enough King changes the Chocolate Box so we can't choose what we want to shoot for based on the game we're playing. AND you can't win GOLD in the Choc Box anymore!
This is just NOT the game I've enjoyed for years...very SAD!

A total disgusting changeover, when there is so much space available. Go back to the landscape format and stop playing this idiotic changeover. Not everyone is able to see such a small screen.

Well if you are leaving it as a small screen, I'm not happy so I'm leaving Candy Crush until it returns the original size. Why would you change when it was working fine😡

What customer service representatives? I don’t think Candy Crush has any! They probably got rid of all of them because they don’t care about their customers and they don’t plan on doing anything about the complaints.
