Hi there. I understand you are angry about this, but..... . This game is rigged and I would not recommend spending real money on it.

However, if you want to contact player support with your complaint I would suggest you write them an email. Use the "contact us" option at the bottom of this page or better still via settings within your game. I think the moderators have stopped looking at this thread now, so you won't get any response by posting here.

I had 1st place in my group in the recent summer game. I still haven't received my 200 gold bars and I play every day. How and when will I get my 200 gold bars

First of all per your comment Why would you judge how I and a million other ppl spend our money? If ya must know I play CCS bc it's what I like that I can do, due to a broken neck & spinal cord . And maybe I don't know how to use this community king thing but it doesn't mean i'm angry, sorry if you feel that way. **Once again I have yet to receive my 200 gold bars or any reply!

I'm sorry if I misunderstood you. I thought judging by your posts that you were angry. If you enjoy playing Candy Crush then I'm glad for you! Spending money on the game for enjoyment can be value for money indeed, so thanks for explaining. Well done for topping your group! It does look though that through some glitch you missed out on the prize, because the other winners got theirs when they opened the game it just popped up for them. I'll delete what I wrote as you have pointed out I was misunderstanding your motives. I don't want to be seen to be judgemental!

My main point is that the community cannot help with getting your 200 gold, for this you need to email Player Support. This thread here is sort of ignored now as the event is over and if you want a reply from a moderator then you would be better posting a new question in the Support Forum about it, I think. As for the fact that there were more players per group as was originally stated, others have commented on that too, but not enough care to take it up with King. I'm not sure it made any difference to players at the top.
