Hi,
I'm not 100% sure I previously asked this question (I apologize if I did), but it was most likely when I first joined the community. I am having issues editing 2 fields in my profile; my "about me" and the section where you merge or link the game and community accounts. As you can see, both are greyed out making it impossible to change or edit. I have followed the following advise via the help section:
1:that both accounts use the same email.
2:game is updated to latest version (1.260.1.1)
As a last resort, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and signed back in to no avail. I don't know what else to try. Please advise, thanks!

I am very glad to tell you all that the glitch was fixed and you can now "edit" your Community Profile to make changes or write something at "About me" field π

If you need to change your user name, you will need a Community Manager's help!

Out of curiosity, what does "RN" stand for?
Ahh, you have the same issue .. and no, selecting save doesn't do anything. By not allowing me to change them, my OCD is kicking in π
"RN" means registered nurse π

Yea, so far I haven't seen anything from king games or the mods (hint hint). If I happen to get or see a response to this issue before you do, I'll make sure to let you know.

There was an issue with editing "About Me" field in our Community Profile. Last time, I checked, the Vanilla team was looking into the issue!!
I will ask our Community Manager and give you the update about it tomorrowποΈ
