Hello,
I still haven't received a response from support regarding my share of gold from the pot of gold event. I was supposed to get my share of gold on 1st August, but that didn't happen. I then sent in 3 tickets to support, no response. I posted here and was advised that I should be replying back to the automated email we get sent, I did that and no response still.
Then I took part in the most recent pot of gold event and was supposed to receive the gold on 5th September. But again that didn't happen. This time I contacted support after 24 hours. Didn't hear anything back, so I've been replying on a couple occasions to the automated email and still haven't heard anything.
I've seen other people have gotten responses from support so why is my contact being ignored??
Also, I took screenshots to show I completed both events.

I remember suggesting you to contact the Player Support to receive your missing Gold Bars!! But, I am so sorry to know that you did not receive help till now!!
The Player Support service is usually delayed, but they do help!! Let me ask our Candy Community In-charge for any suggestions!
When the Player Support sent their automated email, they might have given you a "reference number", isn't it? Can you give me those number(s)?

I didn't receive a reference number in the email.
The only thing the email says is "Hi ***, Get the answers to your burning questions in our Help Center, which is jam-packed with useful articles: https://community.king.com/en/blog/kb. Or you can head over to our Community, where your fellow players are just a click away, waiting to lend a hand! https://community.king.com/en/. "
Hopefully someone will come back to you with some suggestions.

I have one of these emails for every time I've contacted support. So, the dates are 8th, 16th and 25th August. And 1st, 6th and 13th September.

So sorry, I did not get a chance to update you this morning!! You should have received some Gold Bars into your game sometime this morning (Thursday morning European time)!
You must have seen a pop-up from King saying "we have sent you some goodies in your way" (or something like that)! Did you not see any pop-up box and the increase in your Gold Bars?

There was no pop up in my game or any type of notification. But, I noticed when I logged in today that I had additional gold bars. Thank you so much for your help with this.
