🎬️ Video ads disappearing or not available

Hi, I am able to watch a video to get a life, but lately. when I click to watch a video for a life, the screen goes black and nothing changes, even after thirty seconds. I can’t get rid of it without exiting the app, and when I open it back up I’m no longer able to watch ads to get lives and I haven't been credited the life from before. Just wondering what’s going on, or if you’re running an add that isn’t working. Thanks.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

My game doesn’t give me the videos to watch and get 5 extra moves etc. My friends get it .

How can I get back advertisement

I have never had the option to watch ads for free moves. ALL my friends get this option. How is this fair??

Thank you for asking. Hence this is a testing feature, not everyone can get it at this time. Keep playing your turn will come someday.

I don’t have it anymore either. I’ve been on the same level for a week. I definitely need extra moves to complete it.
