Because King is right, and we who pay for stuff must be wrong, They know everything, we are not designers how could we possibly know anything. Personally my left arm is getting tired of holding my 19" monitor sideways. (I actually only sign in to get my free stuff, and give lives to the 2 people in my friends group still playing).
I can't rotate the screen on my iPad when playing Candy Crush Saga. Before I could play in either landscape or portrait mode, it doesn't work anymore, only portrait mode works and it's very annoying. This happened after I updated my iPad and Candy Crush Saga. Does anyone here know how I can do it, because I neither can nor want to play Candy Crush with the screen portrait.
King.com support doesn't answer emails, they just send automated replies and refer to the forum, where I can't find any help. And then an email comes where I have to fill in if I was satisfied with the help I received. It is difficult to judge whether I was satisfied with the help, when I did not receive help. They don't seem to care about their customers.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for the feedback. Recently a changed was made in the game to only let players play in Portrait mode .Currently there’s no plans on changing this back, but please leave your feedback on the change in this discussion.
Hi there. This change is a few months old now, so you probably have just come back from taking a break. I am afraid you will have to join the rest of the players who have quit over this. There IS no landscape option for iPad any more, the screen cannot be rotated. I guess that is why Support sent you here. Join the complaints that have amassed in the last few months, there is nothing they can help you with.

Its very bad they've removed that option, as I'm disabled I can't play Portrait mode. I have reached level 8950 and I will now uninstall the game and never again touch any of King.com´s game. King insult me who is disabled, I am very disappointed but also angry.
It is very poor customer service not to write me a reply. It is not easy to understand everything in English and it is completely impossible to find the right information because there is no search function in the forum.
I agree and you are by no means the first disabled person to have had this complaint! I can't play in portrait mode either as I use a magic keyboard for my iPad. Holding it upright is too much strain for most people, not even just those with disabilities. Inclusivity is certainly not a priority for King!
It's amazing that King.com ignores us like this, it seems that we are many people. They don't care at all about everyone being able to use their game. Always otherwise, it is so important that everything and everyone can take part in the offer, but for King.com this is not important. They have no ability to show empathy or even develop games for everyone, they just don't care and that's very bad. They offend a lot of people, it's not okay. But King.com doesn't care, they're just out to make money. I have never paid a dime to King.com and I never will. Now I'm going to uninstall Candy Crush Saga.
The portrait mode on a browser is terrible. It's ironic that Facebook now allows us to remove the right hand bar and make our gameplay screen wider, but you are restricting the game to a tiny portion of the screen, so the rest of the space is wasted. This also makes it necessary to scroll up and down in some browsers to be able to see the whole game.
Please give us back a proper browser version of the game and not force us to play in the abysmal portrait mode!
