Why can’t I see any of my friends photos and names anymore?

I can’t upload a photo to my account (avatar)! When I try to save a photo from my file, no uploads!

Just bear in mind not all image formats are supported. Also, don't use a huge picture. Last but not least, don't zoom in too much.

Was this ever resolved? I am also unable to change or even see my profile picture in my games. I have completed all of the suggestions here and have not been able to see ANY picture. When I click on my profile in my setting on my phone where I play (iPhone), it opens the king website, but it’s a blank page that won’t load even when I reload the page. Can someone assist? Thank you.
