Changed email account and lock out

I am sorry to hear that you are having log-in issues with your game😕

You will have to contact the King Player Support team as the login details are case sensitive and include personal details! Please click on this link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact to send your complaint.

• While filling the form, please follow these steps --> Once you enter your name, email address, etc.,
• select the option "Account Login Questions/Issues" at Choose a Topic;
• select "I have account login issues" at Choose a Subtopic;
• Explain briefly about the issue at "Tell us what you need";
• Submit the form.

You will be receiving an automated email, which like an acknowledgement that they have received your complaint. Please wait for 3 days to hear back from a real agent. If you haven't heard by then, send a reply to that automated email you have received on day 1.

NOTE: Please do not send more than 1 complaint, as it will only delay the process!!
