The Candy Studio will be investigating it soon. But, in the meantime, you are advised to contact the King Player Support team for your lost share of Gold Bars.

I am sorry to hear about the glitch with Candy Royale!!
By any chance, did you take screenshots of the Candy Royale - when the race started, and one of the pop-up when it says "your share is so and so", and when the Gold Bars amount changed to 500?
If so, can you post them here please? To attach the screenshots, tap on the 2nd icon located in the bottom left corner of the open comment box.

I will try to find out if our Candy Community In-charge have any information about this.
But, you please finish the race to collect the reward as much as possible! It could be just a "display graphic" glitch!! We had that before!!
Let me know how much were you able to collect - out of 1000 or 500!! And, I will get back to you tomorrow with any information I can collect🍫🍫

I will report to our Community In-charge, so that they can send the info to the Candy Studio. I have heard that there are few glitches in Candy Royale event!! I am thinking what you have experienced is one of those🙃
Which device are you using and if you are on mobile device, can you check which version you have right now?
