Why does my game look like this? The candies don’t match and I have no idea what is supposed to be what. Please help!

It is the glitch caused by the "redesigned candies" that were brought in for the Candy Cup event!!
To get out of that glitch, please follow these steps --> Quit the level you have opened -- Close the game App -- Shutdown your device and restart after few minutes -- reopen the App -- open a level and you should find the candies in normal shapes and design☺️
For some players, it is not working until they follow these steps couple of times!!
Please try these steps and let me know if it worked or not!! To reply back, simply type in the blank box given below to my comment🍫🍫

Sorry about that everyone 😬 this happens everytime we're changing a new candy look, but restarting the game app should solve the issue and we're working on making sure this doesn't keep happening in the future ☺️
force closing does not work. 15 hours and still messed up graphics. Cannot play properly when you cannot see what the candies really are.
Some of my candies have changed into symbols and im not sure how to fix it. Here’s a photo. Is anyone else having this issue?

Oh my god. I've been playing with the levels looking like that for like 5 months, I thought they were extra hard or something. I force closed the app and now they are normal. Thank you so much!
Hi, for a while now I've been playing candy crush with levels that look like this (larger candies, broken chocolates, candies that don't fit into the squares). I thought it was something from the game (like, the design), but when I looked for images of the levels, I saw that they don't look like that. Are they supposed to look like this or is there something wrong with my levels? Thank you!
I'm having same problem, just wasted lives trying to play on this mess, you can't move the bottom half let alone play it.

My candies are strange. Yellow are all striped but don't react like striped candies usually do. some candies are half chocolate half liquorice. Bizarre corruptions are going on.

I can tell you from experience that the basic troubleshooting steps do work.
Please follow all these steps --> Exit from your level -- close the App -- shutdown your device and turn it back on after few minutes -- reopen the App and try your level again.
If it doesn't work in your game, please post back along with a screenshot.

This is what my graphics looked like. A strip+wrapped candy and a Swedish fish were wasted at the beginning because I wasn’t expecting a glitch to happen.
October 27 and my game is still doing this even when I force close the app. Has been happening a couple of days now. Lost a lot of lives due to this. Hope it gets fixed soon.
What on earth am I seeing here? I've been playing this level for a week or so now, (without success!!)

I had same issue. It helped to close Candy Crush and restart again.
@ kiara_wael Definitely a glitch.... it suggests you move "empty blocks" and "circle blocks"?? Hopefully the CM can pass this on with the pictures....
Lost a few lives trying to play as i hoped it would correct itself after restarting the game.... no luck.

What is going on with this game lately?? I just redeemed stuff from the convertor, got 15 min of life play from one of the bonus things and I go to play and the board is all screwed up again. Weird shapes , misplaced things (half in and half out of boxes) etc?? I can't use the "free" stuff I got because the board is messed up. This is happening way too often! What is going on??
I have had that happen a few times. Go out of the game all the way to Facebook, then go back in, that should fixe it.
The graphics keep messing up and I can’t see what I’m doing! I tried playing last night and today and they’re still too messed up to match anything.

The reason for the confusing graphics is the "redesigned" candies for the Candy Cup event!!
Whenever you encounter this issue, all you have to do is --> quit the level -- close the App -- shutdown your device and restart after few minutes -- reopen the App and try the level again.
The glitch won't bother you again👍️

Ummm I’ve force quit multiple times and my screen looks crazy on 2 different iPads. I don’t even have a wat to match these .. help

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
