i never have the option to watch an ad for extra moves etc. On my husband's candy crush I am able to watch 1 or 3 videos for bosuns moves or bonus moves with candy blaster.
Not complaining just wondering about the inconsistency. I'm a very happy candy crusher. Thank you!!

You won't get another answer. It's the standard answer everyone gets. You either get adverts in your game or you don't. It's luck of the draw and there is nothing that players can do about it. It's how King choose to run their game. You will have to go with the game as you are given it, or not play. To see that you are not alone with your complaint, check out this thread:
It's been 2years min that I haven't had the option. It still doesn't answer my question.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
