Many are leaving CCS because of this idiotic implementation of portrait-only mode which is not appropriate for big devices larger than a mobile phone. I don't play on my mobile phone, do you? Whoever is the owner of king.com must be an idiot too for allowing developers/programmers to program/design the screen for only a mobile phone. That is a way of alienating users who are vision-challenged and those who hate holding their tablets in portrait mode! I for one use an iPad which has a case that can be propped up while I use it. I will delete this game after my 100 gold-bars-a-month reward from last Winter Game is over. I think the reward ends on December or January (I'm not sure).

You are not able to play the game in horizontal mode because, the Candy Crush game Studio has made a change to the game.
Now, the game can be played on all mobile devices in Portrait mode only! And on computer screen, it will look as it if you are watching a screen on the phone!! It is not a glitch but a change! And, it is not going to go back!!
