Since the Last candy crush update, my profile doesn't get loaded in other players game and Im not able to receive any lives because of that.
Moreover, there are no ads as well.
It is causing alot of frustration.

The Candy Studio is bringing in new features, and the "Player Profile Cards" is another feature, so that we can know few details about the players that are in the same level zone as we are!!
Since this is a new feature and still in testing, some players' profiles are not available yet!! Like your profile to your friends - "player's profile coming soon"!!
Unfortunately, when your profile is displayed, other players cannot see the option to "send a life"!! So, in these cases, all you can do is "ask for a life"! Send as many requests as you can in a day! Even though they cannot see your profile, your friends will receive your requests and will be able to send lives to you👍️👍️
With regards to Ads --> It is still in testing and was not sent to all the players yet!! Because of that, we won't be able to watch the Ads all the time!! That's all there to it!! We just have to hope that we will be included in the test and receive the Ads again sometime soon🤞

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
