So you know how on mobile you can watch ads for more moves and stuff?
I was doing that and on the screen where it said watch another ad or play the game froze and I couldn’t watch another ad or click play I had to restart the app every time
this has happened ever since I came back and started playing again since the beginning of June and I’ve lost my high streaks and lots of boosters because of this
I also think a way to fix it might be when players restart the app don’t kick them out of the level immediately

Hello @Monkeysubmarine82 the issue of adverts crashing the game has been going on for years. There is nothing a player can do other than replay the level.
The issue is known of by King, but they don't seem able to fix it evem though they say that they have.

It was report to the game Studio and they did send a fix... but, it was few months ago!! Looks like the issue is resurfacing again🤔
Can you please give me few details? Is it a particular Ad that kept freezing or all of the Ads are acting the same way? Which device are you using?
When did the issue start?
