🚨Can't connect to the Store - Unable to Purchase Extra Moves/Boosters with Gold Bars

Attention, Fellow Players!

We're aware that some of you are currently experiencing difficulties connecting to the in-game Store and purchasing extra moves or boosters using Gold Bars. Our team is actively investigating this issue to resolve it as swiftly as possible.

This seems to be particularly affecting players who have previously used the Google Play Store as their payment method.

To mitigate this problem, we recommend the following:

• Open your Google Play purchase history

• Check if you find a purchase that is asking you to cancel or authorize it

• Cancel this purchase

• Restart your game

If trying the above still does not work, try changing your payment method:

    I get the connection error to try again later for several days straight now. I tried the recommended steps to correct and it hasn’t helped. I can’t save game progress, access the store or ask friends for lives or see any events!

    Also experiencing the same issues...let support know 5 times now and no reply. Tried all suggestions but still cannot get Candy Crush Saga to load!

    This issue has not resolved and I haven’t been able to play in a week. Support is not responding with a solution.

    It says there are no events and that they'll be back soon but the last two days I haven't been able to play. What's going on?
