Hi,
over the past 3 weeks my screen on Candy Crush Saga has frozen numerous times.
I have deleted the app in order to get back my game but this has worked temporarily with it freezing again a day or so later. It did it again last night and did the necessary delete app etc and it froze straight away.
itโs becoming frustrating to keep doing this and Iโve been playing the game for years and this has only happened recently over the last 3 weeks.
Also when it does come back I do not get my daily treat option - takes about a couple of days to return - well thatโs it if hasnโt frozen again in the meantime !
Any other suggestions that I can do to get my game back without freezing ?

With regards to the missing events, there has been a glitch from a while that is affecting some of the players' games!!
But, there is a trick to bring back the all the features (that are available to us). Please follow these steps --> Replay one or two old levels -- win or lose does not matter -- go back to the map screen and open the Events folder -- all the events along with Daily Treat Machine will appear again.
Note: You might have to do this everyday - when you open the game for the first time of the day. Later, the events won't disappear.

I am sorry to hear that your game is affected with the "grey screen" bug!! Unfortunately, certain glitches keep resurfacing even after resolving previously!! And, when the issues are isolated, it takes a while for those glitches to be fixed as it is not easy for the game team to figure out the issue!! But, when an issue appears in your game, if you guys can come here and report the issues to us (just like you did now), we will do out best to resolve the issues.
I have received a complaint on the 19th, and another one on 20th. I have reported to our Candy Community In-charge and she immediately elevated to the game Studio. Now, we have a thread that is under investigation --> Please Check HERE (click on the Green letters to read the updates & comments).
Your question will be merged with that thread by tomorrow, as we like to keep all the questions pertaining to one particular issue in a single thread!
Coming back to your question, you said the issue is affecting both your phone and laptop. Thank you for clarifying that you have tried both Chrome & Firefox.
Can you please tell me what is the make & model of your phone?
