I haven't been able to log into the game for 4 days, through my Chrome browser. It works through Firefox, but I lost all of my bonuses when I logged in there.

There are few more players who are experiencing this issue too! Our Community In-charge has advised them to play the App version!
Do you have Windows 10/11 on your computer? If so, can you download the App version of the game through Microsoft Store? Comparatively, there will be less glitches on the App version than on Facebook browser!!
Hi! I've installed a few random Chrome updates, and I also update my computer and its software as needed. Nothing has fixed it. It's been 3 weeks.

Are your browsers updated? I am not familiar with the Computer software!! Is the operating system all up to date? Did you try to clear the cookies, browsing history, etc., and see if the game works on Chrome?
Please post back and let me know how it goes. In the mean time, I will find out what else you can do for your game to work🤔

Please fix the game through FB and the chrome browser. It's been 2 weeks! I've updated chrome a few times since this all started, but it's still not working. Jelly is working fine, but Soda has been intermittent.
