Click on the Pink Cogwheel icon (located in the top right corner of the map screen);
Click on ? icon;
You will enter "Help Center";
Scroll down all the way & click on "Privacy & Terms";
The first option is to reporting about an Ad. Click on that;
Read the steps provided there - step by step instructions are given there;
Now, click on "Contact Us" located at the bottom of the screen;
Fill the form & submit.
