You have to provide more details please!! Which boosters are you talking about?
I understand that you do not have any pre-game boosters or in-game boosters to help you in the game!!
Do you have any events or features in the game? What about Booster wheel that spins and you can get a free booster every day? How about Daily Treat Machine?
Can you post 2 screenshots --> (1) Your game map; and (2) your "Events" folder.
To post the screenshot, tap on the 2nd icon located in the bottom left corner of the open comment box.
Why can't you obtain any Boosters @tito77? What about the Booster Wheel and Daily Treat Machine?
If you mean you have lost all the Boosters you had on your old iPAD then this is normal as Boosters don't move from an old device to a new device.

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

If you are asking about the boosters on your old device, they won't be transferred to your new device as they are saved to your device, but not the game servers.
With regards to "not receiving any boosters" --> Can you please explain a bit more? Why are you not able to get any boosters? Are you not seeing any events?
How about regular features like "Daily Treat Machine", "Booster Wheel", "Chocolate Box", etc.?
