Level beat..didn’t advance

Hi, I beat level 6272 and when I opened the app back up later it did not advance me forward. I was also on a streak and it took away all of streak wins.

I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team. Since you are playing on a mobile device, you can send your complaint directly from your game⬇️

Click on the Pink Cogwheel that is located in the top right corner of game map screen;
Click on ? icon;
Go down to "New Levels / Level Help" (under Popular Topics) and click on it;
Click on 6th option - "I passed a level - why didn't it move me forward"?
See if any of the tips provided help you. If not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
You will see a form already filled with your email, name, etc.,
Fill out the form and Submit.

You would be receiving an automated email as acknowledgement. See if any of the information provided there helps you. If not, please wait to hear from a real agent. If they didn't contact you even after 48 hours, send a reply through that automated email itself, and an agent will contact you soon.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
