Thanks for getting back to us and sorry to hear the issue persists. Have you by any chance tried restarting your device? If yes, then I'm afraid you must try reinstalling the game app in order to solve the issue.
Also for me. Playing on telefon and more than a week there is no connection. Tried everything what is possible.
I`ve tried EVERYTHING. If I re-install the App, will all my progress be gone? What about all the extras I have collected? Also: Is there going to be an update for the App for iPhone soon?
Your progress should be fine as long as the game app is connected to your Facebook or King account. There is a chance you may lose your boosters and lives but since you are using an Apple device, if you're using iCloud to backup your device, you should be able to get your boosters back through your iCloud.
However, we can't always guarantee you will get all you saved items as it depends on how much iCloud storage you have available and if it has been able to back them up.
As for a new update, there is a new one available today, version 1.269.1.2!
I meant if you have deleted the game app and installed back again? Seeing that only updating the version is not helping, you might have to reinstalling the app.
