I re-installed. Lost everything. It started at Level 1. Am done with Candy Crush now. I was on Level 3350!!‘

Did you reconnect the game app back to your Facebook or King account so your progress can sync back? I'm sure it has been backed up...
As for the boosters, I'm afraid they do get lost as they get stored on the device and not backed up as your game progress and Gold Bars do.

And the issue is still persisting? if yes, let's wait for the next update that will take place next week and see if there is any changes 🤞
In the meantime, I can only recommend to try on a different device if possible.

Well, I couldn’t because of the connection issues I experienced for the last week. I don’t get, why I lost my complete progress. I have a king account, no Facebook though. But I was always logged in. Is there any chance I could get my profess back?!
