I am unable to login and retrieve my progress.

Please I uninstall my mom's candy crush sent the updated version and tried to login, it keeps showing wrong password and email, I reset the password but it's still showing same error, please I need help before she finds out, I am literally crying right now. She's gone really far and am scared. I even logged out from my friends account, she tried to login and even reset password but it still did not work please I need help it is urgent am scared.

Are you still having issue with logging into your Mom's game?
There were server issues on all King games, which caused many players to experience various glitches - not able to login, connection error, etc., etc.! It was not you, but the game itself!
I am sure that you were able to log-in now! If you couldn't, please clear cache -- close the App -- shutdown the device for few minutes and restart -- open the App and login. It should definitely be a success👍️

Hello. Please don't be scared of you own mother. That's not fair, it is only a game after all!
If you try to log in after uninstalling you will need to use your mother's email and password to access her account. Are you sure you know this? Perhaps it's best to admit your mistake to her, say you are sorry, and get her to try and log in herself. Also, make sure that on this screen below you choose the bottom option of "log in with email", not the one at the top.

Hi, thank you for replying, my mom had found out that I am unable to retrieve her progress, but she is still unable to login because it's showing the same error code, despite resetting the password, it's still not logging in, please what do you think the issue might bee, am going to screenshot what is says so you can see it too. I told my mom I will fix it. Thank you.
