Screen goes black after showing ad, and does not continue with the game. This has been happening for the past 2 days

This is what everyone is referring to right? Been like this on and off since Friday. Tried reinstalling the app on my phone and tablet but it also happens playing on Facebook on my laptop as well.

Hi folks,
since a few days I canāt play the game anymore. It turns grey on the play menu as if itās loading something but nothing happens. Screen stays grey shaded and I canāt click anything.
Turning off and on the device didnāt help. I can only reinstall the app (and loose all my boosters) and play one level. After that the screen goes grey again and Iām stuck once moreā¦
Does anyone experiencing the same? Iām on iPad, iOS 17.3.1ā¦

Hello for 2 days black screen after the ads, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and nothing done, except losing all the bonuses, reinstalling the tablet and still the problem, please see the side window

Game went right last night thought it was fixed screen of death again this morning
I have the same issue. It happened after the latest update. The screen goes black after watching every add. Please release the new update with the fix.
Same with melee. A lot of bugs

This glitch is being experienced by few more players which has resurfaced yesterday! It is being investigated by the game team, and you can find it --> HERE
Until the issue resolved, I would suggest you not to watch Ads, as we do not know which Ads would crash/cause Black screen and we will lose the level.
Please bear with us till the investigation is done and the issue is resolved.

When I click an ad, the screen goes black, and I lose my place in the current game. I have to completely close out of the game and restart it to play again. If I was in a contest such as clearing 10 levels to share a pot of coins, I am treated as losing a level and dropped out of the contest. This has happened 3 times so far. This just started today.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game! Is your game crashing only with Ross Simon and Temu or other brands too?

Happening with increasing frequency for the last week. Often happens after a Ross Simon or Temu ad but other do it too occasionally. Can this be fixed.

this seems to be a serious problem here. I experienced the same since a few days and all the support is answering with the standard automated message: āHave you tried turning the computer off and on again?ā and all that stuff.
Well, of course I did and lotās of other people here did too. This seems to be an ongoing problem which should be fixed.

Same is happening to me. Click to play ad for treats. Blank screen with the word Advertisement at the top. Nothing runs. Click out and no treats. This is really slowing me down, no linger fun
