There is no fix at the moment @MkS19 because I think you might be referring to the issue linked below.

If it is that issue then your game isn't down it is just really, really slow at loading.
In my game I get the orange King Screen for 3-5 minutes
And then I get the Loading screen for 15-20 minutes.
Have you waited that long to see if your game opens?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
