Lost everything once I paid for boosters

I have been playing Candy Crush Saga since 2014. I have reached level 13,781!
For the first time ever, I paid yesterday to get boosters. Now, I am not getting the option of watching ads to get free boosters. I LOST ALL of my boosters - THEY JUST DISAPPEARED! I had close to 2,000 of the candy wheels, more than 100 of the sprinkles, and much more of all the other boosters.
PLEASE HELP ME RETRIEVE THIS!

Thanks for the feedback.The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
For lose booster. Please email or Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can check up what happened in your game.

Have you reinstalled the game by chance or deleted app data? One's boosters don't vanish for no reason. I'm afraid that once gone, they are gone for good and Support can't restore them, nor will they be willing to replace them, unless you purchased them with real money.
Unfortunately, you should've known better before making an in-game purchase. Video ads and ad reliant features such as Sweet Cinema get disabled when you make a purchase, as confirmed by @Saulsaurio. This is a long, long known "bug" that devs are refusing to fix. Not only that but moderators are forced to deny that fact, as you can see in the reply you were given above.
I can't help you get ads back. They may return in a few months but there's no guarantee it'll happen. And as already said, you can't recover your boosters because they are stored locally in your phone's temporary memory. I can, however, help you get back on track. The same thing happened to me. I always was able to click on events to watch ads for free boosters, you has 9 chances to win 5 boosters. I purchased boosters for the first time and now I no longer have that option. Very upset and probably going to stop playing...there are many other games out there
