This is what I see in that theory. When you are at 15000+ level you are almost at the end of the map. That means you got few levels left to play. To win you need to play as many levels as you can.
Not saying its not fair but seeing a probable problem players may encounter.
So excited All Stars returned this year. I am most definitely playing with a competition mindset and not just fun. Last year, I came in so close behind the 1st place winner in my semi-final group! Hoping for a big win this year and lots of fun along the way!!!
I've tried to get some loved ones to play in the tournament, but I don't think anyone is really interested. We'll see...
As far as strategy goes, I have a few things in mind. Like really try to finish levels without purple stars super fast since they're useless for the tournament.
Levels with lots of stars, try to play out all your moves to collect the most purples as you can.
No matter what, keep playing levels until the timer has stopped as you may not be as far ahead as you think once the final numbers are in.
Just a few thoughts. Happy crushing, my friends!!!
My strategy for playing the qualifiers will be:
Game1: Starting at Level 291. Crush as many episodes as I can and enjoy the competition. Try to get ahead as far as I can in my leaderboard and try to put off the competition. They might then be content to fight for the runner up places.
Game2: Starting at Level 6306. Wait until the qualifier round is well underway and then join late which might place me into an easier group. Watch the scores carefully. Knowing how many purple I can crush (85 purple per minute roughly) I will then play strategically to overtake the others late, one or two hours from the end.
My strategy for the Final Knockout stage starting April 20th is to watch as spectator only. Both for personal reasons (holiday booked) and because it will become too difficult for any non cheating player to proceed from there.
