My internet connection is fine, it also happens even on different wifis and has even just happened on 5g. I have restarted my device. Thank you for your help.

I would also recommend trying to check your internet connection and trying to restart your device and see if that helps 😊

Will I be able to solve this without paying.
When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
I played more than 50 moves and the gane remained like this without dropping the last number till it ended
