iPhone is on level 3479. iPad was on level 987 yesterday, and today I have completed levels up to level 1000. Both devices have the same log on credentials. Any help appreciated.

Still no contact from any of the Candy Crush team reference my issue.
I complete a level on my ipad and log out and then log in to my account and the game advances 10 levels, But the ipad is currently on level 1461 and the iphone is on level 3646.
So I am going to need some help to get the two devices synchronised.

I am so sorry! They are looking into the issue! I think they have been busy with the All Stars! Until the glitch is fixed, please continue playing on your iPhone only. As soon as I have any update, I will get back to you 🙏🏼

Your iPad game is with really weird glitch!!
Each time you play, it is supposed to jump 15 levels! But for you, it jumped 15 levels, then 20 levels, then only 10 levels!
But, please don't worry! Our Community In-charge will be able to help you👍️

Thank you for helping. I have updated the game. I have cleared level 1026, logged off and then back on and the game has moved onto level 1046. As you say, a serious glitch somewhere.

Some players have been experiencing syncing issue from past few months! The Candy team are working on it, but, it is taking a bit longer.
Do you not see stars on levels # 1012 and above?
If your game App is updated on both devices, please follow below steps on your iPad and see if it works…
Replay level # 1011 and win it — Do not skip until you get the score board with Tiffi — Now, click on "next" and go back to the Map screen — Check if your profile icon appears for you to click on it to go to your level.

-Force close the game app
-Restart the device
