I’m playing the all star and want to make sure that my contact information is correct.

how can I ensure that my account information is correct. I have been playing the game for a few years and don’t remember what I used to set up the account for the game. Can someone please help?

Hi - thank you for your help! When I go on the account it says “your game is being saved with Apple, on devices using the latest iOS version.” What does this mean?

Do you not remember the email address you used?

Do you know whether you are logged in with Facebook or Kingdom account?  If not, there is a simple way to check that info.

* Click on "My Account" button on game Home screen;
* Your Profile page will be opened;
* If you are logged in with Facebook, your profile will specify that "your game is saved with Facebook";
* If you are logged in through Kingdom account - you will see your email address and profile pic, along with 3 other choices (Privacy & Security; Change your password; and "Log out").  With this, you will know the email address you have used too; 
* If you cannot remember the password, you can select the option to "Change Password".
