I have asked for help many times and I can’t seem to figure out how to get back in here for the answers. The race keeps saying we are beginning a race, but when it puts me in there, I’m already behind everybody and they’re already across the finish line so I can never get any gold bars. Can somebody please fix that? I am not the only one with this problem.

Hi @caseyp what you describe is a very old issue that keeps getting 'fixed' by King, but it never seems to go away.
Have you changed the time on your device recently?
Whilst it is an old issue that King claim to have fixed there has never been a solution provided to anyone that has the issue.
Please try all the standard troubleshooting techniques just in case they work. If they don't all you can do is contact King Player Support to see if they can help you

I also have the problem of when I went from my old phone to my new phone.In My old phone I was on level 9375 and now I’m back at 1551 atm I play a lot and would like to get levels back too. I can’t go back to my old phone because I had to turn it in in order to get credit with this phone.
