    I checked for updates and there was one available, I really thought this is it, it’s going to be fixed! but still no joy after updating. 🙁

    Hi Everyone, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Candy Crush Sega and still getting the "Video Not Available" error message that prevents video from playing and does not give a booster when this happens. This only occurs on my J7 Pro, no issues on my other devices.  Gregg

    Hi @Gregg, I think I'd rather get your error message than the stupid ads that I have to watch.  If I have to see that free ring ad again I am going to lose it!

    As far as I can see, this forum is useless for this issue. 
    Nobody is giving a solution and a superstar says that she rathers see the error message than the stupid adds. What a helpful response :/

    I hear you @Loremor and I totally empathize with you 100%.  It is very frustrating to be a player but please keep in mind that it's just as frustrating to be a volunteer and I can't get you that instant solution.  All that I can do is elevate issues to the Community Manager when I see a group of messages coming through with the same glitch.

    On my android phone it plays the video, but when it’s done I get the message “video not available” even though I’ve just watched one. And no booster is given.
