I lost my boosters?

Hello @makersmark, and welcome to our sweet community! This is a common problem many poeple have been having. Whenever you uninstall and reinstall the game, or log out and log back into your game, your boosters are not carried along with it. This so that you can use these while offline. Your gold bars, current level, etc, should all be carried along with, however. I hope this helps you, and have a wonderful day/evening!

Hi @makersmark adding on to what Joseph said too, you will probably find at the moment reinstalling won't always help connection issues, because Facebook is having major problems with it at the moment and its causing quite a headache for the games. They are working on it though!

Hi @makersmark Adding on to what @Joseph45 and @Chicken_Slayer said it's not recommended to store a big amount of boosters because of this. It's better if you just use them during the game. The game is built this way so you can reach your boosters even when you are offline. Of course King cares about their customers. They are trying to make players experience better and are doing their best to do that. Please note that every game is complex and has its glitches.
