I keep getting this message on my iPad. IOS is up-to-date and I went in the App Store and candy crush is up to date as well. I tried turning the iPad completely off and back on and still get the error message.

Candy crush saga wants me to update new version, but when I click the button, I get an "open" button and it takes me back to the new version screen and the update button.
ive lost my frinds and my profile picture&gold

Looks like there are some issues going on in the game. Please do not reinstall your game as it will not help with the issue.

There are few different issues going on in the game right now! Can you all please let me know exactly which issue you are experiencing, and the device you are using?
Issue One —> Logged into the game with Kingdom account. Lost Gold Bars, profile pic, Friends list & level progress;
Issue Two —> Logged in with Facebook & lost Gold Bars;
Issue Three —> Logged in with Facebook and receiving "connection error" / wrong email & password message; Thank you all 🍫🍫
Same issue, have lost 500 gold bars and all my friends.

If my recent experience with the update is anything to go by, you may be lucky if it wont update. 😫
and Then when I close that message out, it brings me to the App Store and it’s updated.

What happens when you press the update button?
Wed May 15, 2024 my entire page changed. All friends gone, avatar changed and will not allow me to change it back. No rewards, no gold, different area of game. No 3000 badge. I don't like that avatar. My interest is almost gone.

ah I’ve been playing on my phone and I think you answered the question the upgrade actually uninstalled and reinstalled the game 🫤

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
The Gold Bars do sync across all platforms in all games, but the Boosters do not sync between devices.

This happened to me. I lost all of my friends, the lives they gave me (over 90), and nearly 5000 gold bars accrued over years of playing. I emailed customer service and I received a standard response that basically said they won't do anything about it and that all of my stuff is lost. 😡😤🤬
I had repeatedly connected my account to my Facebook account to save my progress over the past week. Today I had to upgrade the Candy Crush Saga app, and although my progress and my gold are available, the rest of my inventory was reset to zero. Can this be solved somehow so I can get my inventory back?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters.
