It is glitch on game side! Hence, do not reinstall your game, but please wait to receive an update from us 🙏
it appears King are in denial of this issue. Clearly a problem that needs fixing ASAP. Doesn’t appears to be affecting Android users only iOS users.
it keeps telling me that I don’t have the right username and password and they don’t match for Facebook and yet my Facebook account and all the other things I have linked to. It are just fine.
Consequently, my progress isn’t showing correctly. I don’t know what to do.

First of all, you are not alone in this issue as few others players that have logged into the game through Facebook are also having this same issue.
I have reported it to our Community In-charge. And, the Game team will be looking at it soon.
Hence, please do not reinstall your game as it will not resolve the issue.

I have the exact same issue and I am on a iPhone. I’ve been playing for years and never had an issue, this needs to get figured out. I’m gonna stop playing the game.
There are various types of mobile devices!! Which one of these are you using?
Android —> LG, Samsung, some other brand phone, Tablet, etc.,
OR Apple phone or iPad?
Has anyone figured out what’s going on with Facebook? I still can’t log into candy crush saga thru Facebook!
